Greenbridge’s full range of 29 home plans, encompass four primary footprint styles: the rectangular-Evelyn; the square-Mia; the L-shaped Louise; and the Z-shaped-Ava. We have both single storey and mezzanine designs, across seven building types: ranging from sleep-outs and cabins; through to 1,2,3 & 4 bed homes. Five of our plans are already fully developed and available for purchase, three are under development, and the remaining plans will be developed around live client projects.
Each Greenbridge home style has a unique story behind it. The original Mia was designed for a mother and her two children, who built their new home next to their grandmother; The first Louise was designed as a cabin for Louise and Jason, for a stunning site on the Kaitake ranges; The Ava was developed as one of the early concepts for a family home, that was built next to the beautiful Te Henui awa; and the first Evelyn home was designed for a young couple, planning a new home to start their life together.
