How it works
Custom design results in original designs that relate to both the people who live in them and the landscape they fit. However this service takes several months to complete and is priced accordingly. It's therefore recommended to customers, who have both the time and finance to undertake a more in depth process, which generally takes between 3-12 months and has design fees of $40,000 or more.
Initial Meeting - $ Free
At your site, the Greenbridge studio or via video call, you can tell us about your project, ask any questions you might have and we can show you some project examples so you can ensure we're a good fit for you and your project.
Concept Design - $10K +
Once you've decided you'd like to proceed, we generate a deposit, with payment securing your place in our work schedule. We then take your design brief, complete a site analysis and generate your initial design concepts.
Developed Design - $10K +
Following feedback, we finalise your home's layout, before launching into the 3D development of your new home design and material specifications. Upon completion of this phase, we can provide early build pricing for your new home.
Documentation - $20K +
We then prepare a full set of documentation drawings and specifications, used to submit and gain building consent with council. We'll answer any questions from your chosen builder and can provide a full QS pricing take-off.
